Terms of service

By commissioning, you have read and accepted the tos, if your commission violates the tos it will be cancelled.

As the artist..
- I am able to post the artwork UNLESS requested not to
- I have full rights to the artwork
- I can decline commissions
- I can't sell commission artwork
As the client..
- You can request revisions as necessary
- You may ask for progression photos and check in as necessary

Commerical use policy
Commissions may not be used for profit/commercial use UNLESS if it is specified for profit/commercial use

Payment information
I only accept Paypal and Cash App as of now
You must pay upfront. After the sketch is done and approved, I will not be able to give refunds unless necessary
If I am unable to do/finish a commission you will be fully refunded regardless of progress
Commission information
Do not commission me if you intend to use my art for AI or NFTs. To ensure that my art won’t be used for AI, I will have a AI disturbance overlay on the work
I may decline a commission if I can’t draw what you want or if it makes me uncomfortable
Expect your work to be done within 2 weeks to a month depending on how detailed it is. I will always let you know before the time limit if i need to prolong your artwork!!
Be respectful! I am encourage criticism to make sure you are happy with the artwork you are given. But if you are not treating me well despite warnings, I may decline your commission!
After you get your artwork, you may not erase my watermark, claim the artwork as your own, sell the artwork without letting me know, or trace the artwork.
Regardless of privacy, please credit/link back to me especially when you use my art for profile pictures, social media, websites, or any kind of commercial use

I will NOT draw:
Fetish art (NSFW is allowed within limits)
Heavy gore (Blood is okay, but nothing super extreme)
Description only OC's (I need a visual so I don't accidently mess up your commission)
